If we had a car, we would want to be your musical taxi this week to make sure you get to where you need to be … and that you prioritize each of the below vital shows accordingly.
But we don’t have a car. Not even close. So, some tough choices will have to be made this week. Thus is life.
Of note is the return of the Texas-grown gcb fave Seryn who play Rockwood Music Hall’s stage 2 on Thursday. The group welcomes two new members for this east coast tour during which they’ll debut some new, lovely tunes.

Andrew Bird also returns to the city to play a free Summer Stage show in Central Park. This time, he’ll be joined by an opener that we’re swooning over (just a tad) by the name of Luke Temple. There is no higher praise than swooning, they say. Someone surely said it. Somewhere. Sigh.
