Jus Post Bellum – “Gimme That Gun”

Our long-time and talented friends from Jus Post Bellum will release their second album, Oh July, on November 12th. Last week, the duo of Geoffrey Wilson and Hannah Jensen premiered the album’s first single “Gimme That Gun” on WNYC’s Soundcheck – a strong kickoff for the band, which also performs CMJ shows at Rockwood on Friday (afternoon) and The Living Room on Saturday. “Gimme” is gorgeous and the best we’ve heard from the band yet (and we REALLY liked their other stuff). We can’t wait for the rest of the album (we got it…and we’ll share more in a few weeks).
