This Week’s Must-See Shows in NYC

Are you ready for this? Because the next couple of weeks are about to get crazy. Crazy, ya hear? And it all starts now … well, not really, but we’ll say that because that’s when this post is going up.

There are a handful of shows that I’ve been really looking forward to happening this week, one of which is that of Josh Garrels at 92Y Tribeca, where he’ll be on-stage Thursday night. Garrels was the subject of a documentary produced by the fine folks at Mason Jar Music this last year, and I’ve gotta say, I was struck by the beauty and rawness of his music and mission.
