Put your coats away and get your pens ready, because there’s a lot to see this week and some awesome weather is set to be ripe for the show picking.
On Wednesday, there’s the Webster Hall set featuring the faces of New Multitudes; the next night, Carolina-bred Dangermuffin takes the stage at Mercury Lounge; Friday, it’s a double feature with grassclippings faves Spirit Family Reunion and Jus Post Bellum playing the 92Y in Tribeca at 8 p.m., followed by a Joe’s Pub set by Sarah Jarosz at around 9:30. If you can swing it, try to catch them both. If you can’t, it’ll be our little secret at which you end up.
And last but certainly not least, The Head and the Heart return to NYC on Sunday … this time featuring openers Drew Grow and the Pastors’ Wives. If you don’t have tickets to the sold-out show, there are still some available on StubHub.com.
Get some shut-eye – not only is it a jam-packed week, but you’re already an hour further into it thanks to the fabulous Mr. Daylight Savings Time. Sir, we both love and hate you.
Happy show-hunting!
